ListingLoops is an AI-powered platform that generates cinematic video walkthroughs from user-uploaded property photos and listing details. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create video content for real estate marketing purposes.
Videos are generated using AI and may occasionally include visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or imagery that does not exactly match the property. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or sharing. vFashify LLC is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of AI-generated videos in property marketing, including any inaccuracies in the visual representation of a property.

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant us the following license:
You grant vFashify LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content — including uploaded property photos and generated videos — for the purposes of:

ListingLoops operates on a pay-per-video pricing model. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Introductory pricing may be adjusted at any time.
Due to the nature of AI-generated content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed video deliveries. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your video, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a credit or re-generation at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by vFashify LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "ListingLoops" and associated logos are trademarks of vFashify LLC.
You may use videos generated by the Service for your real estate marketing purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service itself.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. vFashify LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vFashify LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vFashify LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. If your account is terminated and you have paid for videos that have not yet been delivered, we will issue a refund for those undelivered videos.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will remain in effect.
vFashify LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, or third-party service provider failures.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
